We sell Alaska wild Sockeye salmon, flash frozen fillets, #1 grade, 1-2 pound, D-trim, pin bone removed, individual vacuum packed into 25 pound net weight cases, 50 cases to a pallet.
We sell Alaska wild Sockeye, flash frozen fillet portions, #1 grade, 4-7 ounce, pin bone removed, individual vacuum packed into 12 ounce net weight portion bags packed 12 to a case.
